Insurgency-hit Palma District joins the rest of Mozambique for school opening
After a three-year hiatus due to extremist attacks by Islamic extremists, Cabo Delgado's Palma District has finally opened schools in line with the national school calendar. The opening ceremony was held on Monday in Quilaua village at 16 de Junho de Palma - Escola Primaria.
